The International Maritime Institute of Nigeria (IMION) is a think-tank and research institute focused on advancing maritime strategy, policy advocacy, and education in Nigeria. Established on June 1, 2024, IMION plays a critical role in addressing maritime security and governance issues, particularly in the Gulf of Guinea (GoG), a strategic region for global maritime activities.
